One of the most talented comedians in Latin America and a leading figure in female stand-up, Sofía Niño de Rivera is coming to Amsterdam with her new show, "Vacaciones de sus hijos" ("Vacation from Her Kids").

A pioneer of stand-up comedy in Mexico and Latin America, she has been a key figure in popularizing the genre across the region, inspiring a new generation of comedians. With a 14-year career, she has showcased her talent on various national and international stages, including theaters, comedy clubs, and festivals.

Her humor is known for its honesty and wit, tackling themes such as social relationships, female identity, politics, and Mexican traditions. She has received numerous awards and accolades, including the StandUp Comedy Award in 2015 and the Comedy Award in 2016.
